    The Operations Finance Manager will have responsibility for lifecycle price management, logistics management, operational costs efficiency, with direct linkage to supply chain cost management.

    This position will directly manage a team of pricing analysts domestically and internationally; if applicable.

    This strategic role would include projects relating to profit maximization, evaluate and provide direction on full pricing strategy, maximizing operational cost effectiveness, develop and sustain cost and price controls, maintain operating systems, and partner with management on strategic enhancements to improve operational effectiveness.


    YOUR IMPACT:
    These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

    Lead, develop, and coach the Aftermarket Pricing team members on their day-to-day operations.

    Collaborate with other groups (Sales, Marketing, GPSC, Finance, etc.) to define pricing strategies and policies as they relate to sales and profitability and product development initiatives.

    Oversee system processes and controls, specifically as they relate to logistics management and pricing software applications.

    Engage directly on supply chain enhancement opportunities to directly link price / cost to ensure value maximization to our customer and internal processes.

    Implement proper reporting and management communication structure.
    Manage inventory cost reporting as it relates to annual standard cost roll and lifecycle price/cost management.
    Develop proactive analytics to enhance profit position and customer value.
    Prepare and deliver management presentations.


    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
    Five (5) or more years of experience in finance, operations management or in a related area.
    One (1) or more years of lead or management experience.


    STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
    Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
    Aftermarket support and sales experience.
    Heavy industrial equipment manufacturing industry experience.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Ability to interact with company personnel and external customers, build strong relationships at all levels of the organization, and understand business imperatives.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    Strong business acumen and strategic analysis.
    Strong customer focus and effective use of a consultative approach.
    Strong strategic, planning and organizational skills.
