Allocates staffing, equipment, and materialsAnalyses work content and manufacturing steps via MTM systemAlignment and reporting to central OPE to align reporting methods Create reports that detail efficiency (hours per vehicle, utilization, value added/non value added work content breakdown, OT, etc.)Create headcount calculation costs (direct and indirect team members) on monthly and annual baseCreate work instruction using official Daimler toolsHead count calculation and project head count calculations for new productsInput required data from the departments.
Reporting to working groups and management teamsNetworking; Independent setup of contacts with internal / external Daimler partners and worldwide external business partnersParticipates in regularly scheduled team meetings and assignment required meetingsPreparation of higher level upper management presentationProduction optimization / line balancingResolves non-routine issuesResponsible for the job related budgetSupport implementation new planning toolsSupport training concepts and training class if requiredWill perform other duties as assigned Qualifikationen Bachelors degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related engineering field strongly preferred.
