    TITLE: User Support Technician

    LOCATION: San Diego, CA (Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm)

    DURATION: 6 months + extension

    PAY: $25/hr MAX

    Technology Requirements - Win 10 and 11, Office365, Dell computers, Apple iphones and ipads, PC troubleshooting. Active Directory, Exchange

    Role involves answering help desk phone calls

    Route help desk tickets to appropriate technicians or support groups

    • Provide on the spot troubleshooting as time allows
    • Provide support through online chat system
    • Provide walk up support - Provide local support for systems installation, upgrades, troubleshooting
    • The manager would like to see candidates with experience with executive support - someone that has experience working with senior level executives.
    • Preferred background/prior work experience? 1-2 years experience.
    • REQUIRE Highter than average personable skills as the user will be internally customer facing.
    • IS Helpdesk support on rotating basis with some after-hours coverage
    • Answer help desk phone calls -
    • Route help desk tickets to appropriate technicians - Provide on the spot troubleshooting as time allows
    • Provide local support for the following systems installation, upgrades, troubleshooting: PC and or Laptop Hardware and Software o Network Peripherals and Printers Telephone System Maintain loaner laptops and projectors Manage PC and or Network Inventory
