    Sanitation AssociateAs a Sanitation Associate, it will be your job to maintain all sanitation standards established by the Distribution Center in order to ensure a clean and safe work environment for all associates.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Pick up debris, empty trash cans, remove spills in a prompt manner, dust racks, doors, lights, etc.
    • Sweep and mop slots.
    • Clean sanitation equipment, including sanitation boxes and mops.
    • Sweep and scrub floors, as well as outside areas to help ensure the safety, proper sanitation and efficiency of the distribution center.
    • Maintain equipment daily, topping off fluids, cleaning out brushes and washing equipment.
    • Follow good sanitation practices; keep work area clean and free of debris.
    • Report equipment and pallet jack problems to maintenance.
    • Make recommendations for modifications to procedures or processes impacting work group or distribution center that will maximize efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs.
