We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, test-driven development, and Agile methodologies
You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and documentation processes

Virginia Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough software testing to identify and address any defects or issues.
• Implement test-driven development practices and utilize automated testing frameworks to streamline testing processes.
• Utilize JIRA to effectively capture and document features, bugs, and system issues.
• Manage the Release Management Cycle to ensure smooth and timely software deployments.
• Provide deployment support and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the deployment process.
• Develop comprehensive test and system documentation to support ongoing development efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adhere to Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to discern and capture requirements from technical exchange meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in test-driven development and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience using JIRA for feature and bug tracking.
• Strong understanding of the Release Management Cycle.
• Experience providing deployment support.
• Ability to develop thorough test and system documentation.
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
