    What will you do in this job?Assist in management of all aspects of housekeeping operations:

    scheduling, ordering, inventory, discipline, etcCommunicate with Front Desk and General Management to ensure arriving guest rooms are clean and preparedEnsure staff spaces are clean and sanitizedInvest in housekeeping team through training and teachingMaintain quality control through room inspectionAssist team with cleaning and preparing rooms when necessaryKeeps record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisorAssist as needed with set up of rooms for special events, meetings, conferences and banquetsOffers assistance to guests and teammates where neededBe a utility player who can complete a variety of job dutiesThis job description describes at a high level what an Assistant Housekeeping Manager does, but no document can anticipate every single task, issue or project that could come up.
