- Teaching a variety of levels and ages swimming and safety skills. Share your love for swimming by instructing children and adults in essential water skills.
- Being consistent and reliable to your swimming students. Create a safe and trusting learning environment by leading classes consistently and punctually.
- Providing a safe swimming environment. Uphold safety protocols to ensure a secure experience for all.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships with students and their families to enhance their overall experience.
- Keeping your pool in order. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the facility.
- Minimum age requirement is 16.
- First-Aid/CPR/AED and O2 certification needed within 30 days of hire.
- Swim Teachers receive credentialed training through SSI and complete an apprenticeship before teaching independently.
- Paid training for swim instruction, lifeguarding, and first aid.
- Uniform provided at no cost (rash guard and shorts).
