Job summary
We seek a Senior Analyst to join our Acquisitions team and play a critical role in underwriting equity and debt opportunities across our development and investment platform.
Responsibilities
- Underwrite ground-up and conversion residential condo development opportunities in Manhattan and Brooklyn from acquisition through exit.
- Analyze and underwrite additional asset classes including multifamily, office, and retail.
