    Description

    System Engineer (Verification Lead) - Huntsville
    Annual Salary: $110,000 - $165,000
    Generous PTO, 401K, Health Insurance Package


    In-Depth Engineering Corporation seeks System Engineers to support our rapidly growing engineering work for the Missile Defense Agency's Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) element of the Ballistic Defense System (BMD). Due to the nature of the role, this is not being offered as a teleworking or hybrid position.

    The work is performed at our customer site in Huntsville, Alabama.

    Job Duties:
    • Maintain, track, report, and brief metrics to customer and program leadership stakeholders
    • Provide direction, support verification development efforts, and support leadership in building and maintaining development schedules/roadmaps and reporting progress and roadblocks to the Product Line Owner (PLO) and/or Deputy PLO for the MBSE team.
    • Lead a team of engineers on the development of the Verification objectives and Success Criteria related to program requirements, according to the program processes and procedures and Customer need.
    • Synthesize data from tests and analysis into easily digestible results for Verification of Requirements
    • Writing and Reviewing Verification Objectives for decomposing requirements and developed requirements, to include Success Criteria.
    Qualifications

    Qualifications:
    • Must have a current active US DoD Secret Security clearance at Secret or higher
    • Bachelors in a STEM focused degree with 8+ years of experience or a Masters in a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience
    • Experience coordinating efforts across multiple teams and individuals based on leadership priorities
    • Familiarity with GWS, GMD, or other Missile Defense Systems
    • Prior experience working using DOORS.
    • Familiar with Agile terminology and best practices Familiar with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Cameo
    • Familiar with automated software requirements testing and analysis
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) work products and Core Standard
    • Advanced experience working in the CAMEO Modeling tool and how it interacts with DOORS
