- Day Shift, 8 Hours (United States of America)
- 1. Provides direct clinical treatment to adults, children and adolescents as represented in the caseload through diagnostic evaluations and screenings; crisis/emergency assessment and intervention; treatment planning and assessment; individual, group, couple and family therapy.
- 2. Participates in interdisciplinary and integrated diagnostic treatment and planning conferences.
- 3. Consults with area schools, doctors/primary care, individuals, and other social service agencies, insurance providers and hospital networks regarding clients, client services and case management as applicable.
- 4. Maintains client records and administrative records consistent with policy.
- 5. Attends administrative staff meetings as required.
- 6. Attends seminars, in-service education, clinical supervision, and professional meetings as required.
- 7. Participates in required trainings.
- 1. In a Masters or Doctoral level program in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or related program.
- 2. Satisfactory CORI background check.
- 3. Ability to perform diagnostic and risk assessments using current accepted tools and best practices to determine appropriate level of care.
- 4. Can develop and implement treatment plans which are behaviorally oriented, measurable, and appropriate for the identified level of care.
