    Job Summary:

    Our client is seeking a Senior IAM Business Analyst to join their team The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of user identity data within the organization. This role will collaborate closely with application teams to obtain user extracts, validate them against the identity solution, and identify any discrepancies, ultimately strengthening the identity governance and security practices.

    This role allows for candidates in Chicago, Illinois or Tempe, Arizona.

    Duties:

    • Implement and identify improvements to Access Control system enhancements
    • Manage consulting practice with business partners for technology security topics
    • Maintain relationships with partners to manage effectiveness of the access security life cycle management process
    • Mitigate risk of conversions to partners
    • Operate independently
    • Provide comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level
    • Carry out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult
    • Balance between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities
    • Responsible for direct interaction with different functions and/or management
    • Complete tasks accurately in IGA to try to validate all applications that are onboarded to the tool

    Desired Skills/Experience:

    • 5+ years of professional experience with significant experience working as a Business Analyst on complicated projects with multiple cross functional teams
    • Understanding of how password rotation works, password ID discoveries, and best processes to follow for privileged access
    • Proven experience in identity governance, administration, or data validation
    • Understand the function of Active Directory, Mainframe, and/or Oracle
    • CyberArk experience is a plus, the team uses CyberArk for Privileged Access
    • Governance experience
    • Familiarity with identity management tools and systems
    • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices
    • Experience using Visio and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experienced enough to handle process improvement and synergies big picture
    • Comfortable running SQL queries and digging into the details of a project
    • Experienced in Identity Governance and Administration
    • Solid understanding of identity lifecycle and access certification processes is preferred
    • Experienced in implementing Identity governance processes for centralized and de-centralized applications is preferred
    • Experienced in creating metrics and dashboard
