If you are a Superintendent with ground up Multifamily experience please read on We have built many diverse projects from downtown high rises to projects on remote mountain sites commercial spaces restaurants elaborate custom homes and historical renovation for the past 80 yrs Our Interesting and innovative projects offers employees high levels of independence and responsibility One of our highest values is the life/work balance of its employees and expects the average work week to be less than 50 hours There is opportunity for growth for motivated individuals Because of our growth we are looking for a Lead Superintendent for multifamily residential and commercial construction projects in the Front Range Superintendents manage one project at a time and are responsible for subcontractor performance schedule quality control coordination safety inspections The Superintendent works closely with the Project Manager depending on the size of the project which may include working closely with Project Engineer Typical salary range is $100k-$200k per year depending on location benefits package etc Benefits
