    Description

    We are seeking a milling machinist who can produce quality parts holding close blueprint tolerances.


    Responsibilities:

    • Setup machine as appropriate to machine specifications
    • Setup and operate computer numerical control (CNC) and/or manual milling machines.
    • Ability to read and edit programs using Fagor or Fanuc controls
    • Ability to work from written procedures, blueprints, sketches, and/or verbal instructions
    • Prove out programs and edits as necessary
    • Must know G-Code
    • Change tool off sets to maintain dimensions per production drawings

    Requirements:

    • High School degree desired, or equivalent experience
    • Must be authorized to work in the US
    • 3+ years of experience in similar capacity preferred
    • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications required
    • Use and interpret precision measuring instruments
    • Must be accurate and have a strong attention to detail
    • Must be able to work with others and have great communication skills
