    • We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team.


    The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.



    Job Description:



    To be successful as a Registered Nurse, you must have exceptional nursing skills, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.

    You will be responsible for assessing patients' physical and psychosocial conditions on an ongoing basis throughout their care continuum. Your role involves developing individualized plans of care that involve patients and their families.

    Key responsibilities include implementing treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams, evaluating plan effectiveness and making necessary revisions or referrals.

    Additionally,
    you may provide education opportunities based on patients' learning needs,
    develop educational programs for staff members,and perform other duties assigned by management.
