    Job Title: Controls Project Manager


    Location: Riverside, CA


    Job Summary:

    We are in search of an adept Controls Project Manager to spearhead control system initiatives in Riverside, CA. The successful candidate will navigate the entire project lifecycle, from inception to fruition, ensuring seamless implementation and client satisfaction.


    Responsibilities:

    • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing scope, timelines, resource needs, and deliverables.
    • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to comprehend project objectives, requirements, and expectations, aligning them with project outcomes.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a dynamic team of controls engineers, technicians, and support staff towards the attainment of project goals.
    • Budget Oversight: Efficiently manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation, cost control, and achievement of financial targets.
    • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks, formulating strategies to preempt and address challenges during project execution.
    • Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold quality assurance processes to guarantee that control systems meet industry standards and client specifications.
    • Communication Mastery: Provide regular and transparent project updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and fostering open communication channels.
    • Document Excellence: Create and maintain meticulous project documentation, covering project plans, progress reports, and comprehensive project summaries.


    Qualifications:

    • Local Residency: Based in Riverside, CA.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in controls project management.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
    • Leadership Prowess: Strong leadership and team management skills, inspiring and guiding project teams to success.
    • Client-Centric Approach: Outstanding client relationship management skills, dedicated to surpassing client expectations with project deliverables.
    • Financial Acumen: Experience in managing project budgets, expenses, and financial aspects of controls projects.
    • Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of control systems, programming, and adherence to industry standards.
    • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Robust problem-solving abilities, adept at addressing challenges and steering projects towards success.
