    Job Overview

    The Shipping/Receiving/Material Handling Personnel position plays a vital role in maintaining the flow of inventory and materials within our manufacturing facility.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, verifying, and recording incoming parts and materials, as well as distributing and staging inventory and work-in-progress (WIP) to internal customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Follow safe manufacturing and material handling practices to ensure a safe working environment.
    • Verify and maintain records on incoming shipments, including counting parts, inspecting for damages, and processing pack slips.
    • Use computer systems for inventory purposes and coordinate material moves to and from work centers.
    • Maintain necessary clerical records pertinent to the function of the position.
    • Communicate effectively with other departments and team members to ensure smooth operations.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Experience with a Windows-based computer system.
    • Ability to operate a forklift safely and follow all safety rules and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    Salary and Benefits:

    We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus and a range of benefits to support your career growth and well-being.
