    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Prepares and supervises all work in the stores and UNIQLO facilities (regular and afterhours).
    • Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
    • Coordinates the tasks of workers and required personnel (after hours security, access, cleaning crew, etc.) engaged in painting, cleaning, performing repairs, assembling displays and general maintenance for the above mentioned stores.
    • Selects and monitors maintenance companies to perform periodic work on the stores as required.
    • Selects contractors, maintenance companies and suppliers based on competitive prices, quality of the work and availability.
    • Interprets company policies to workers and enforces Company standards of quality.
    • Receives repair and maintenance requests for all UNIQLO Facilities.
    • Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules and Company standards of quality.

    Job Requirements:

    • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
    • Good analytical/critical thinking
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
    • 5+ years of facilities management experience in a retail environment
