Description

Job descriptionPosition RequirementsBS Degree in Management Information Systems or a minimum of 5+ years as a DevOps Manager or similar technical discipline.

A minimum of 1-5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer. Experience in building securing managing and maintaining containerization platforms such as OpenShift or Kubernetes in a hybrid cloud environment.

Extensive experience with scripting languages such as bash and python along with configuration management automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible Terraform or similar.

Experience in designing building securing and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab SaaS or similar.

Demonstrated experience with majority of the following technologies or equivalent Red Hat Enterprise Linux VMware virtualization Windows Server Oracle Database Postgres Database Kafka or Confluent Nginx NodeJs Apache Tomcat Apache HTTP Portworx Prisma Cloud and Hashicorp Vault.

Experience in migrating on-premise infrastructure to cloud. Experience using Jira and knowledge of SCRUM and Kanban. Experience with cost reduction and budgeting. Experience with deploying service mesh such as Istio or similar. Experience securing the containerized environment using enterprise security tools. Able to utilize version control tools like Git along with a strong understanding
