    A Barista Position at the Dallas Cowboys' Star Facility

    The Star is the most comprehensive NFL training facility in the country, housing the Dallas Cowboys' football operation and practice fields. It also features a 12,000-seat indoor stadium for various events.

    This role is based out of The Star/Cowboys Club in Frisco, TX, reporting directly to the Beverage Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Follow company drink recipes and procedures to deliver high-quality beverages.
    • Educate customers on products and services, answering questions about coffee blends, preparation, and freshness.
    • Provide fast, friendly, and personalized service, accurately ringing sales orders into the POS system.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate efficient operations.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage projects, organize people, and processes, and multitask effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

    Requirements:

    • Ability to stand for extended periods without aid.
    • Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively.
    • Flexibility to work irregular schedules, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Minimum one year of experience in a high-volume bar setting.

    Physical Requirements:
