- $15.50/hour & up depending on experience
- Most hours available in the afternoon/evenings, weekends & holidays
- Ensures customers receive a high level of service consistent with our customer service philosophy
- Learn and operate Campground Management system
- Communicate with all staff and management using Microsoft Teams
- Enforce campground policies and implement solutions consistent with goals of park
- Proactive guest management to ensure positive environment for all guests
- Handle reservations, registration and store sales for camping guests
- Coordinate with Guest Service staff for late guest arrivals
- Coordinate with Guest Service staff for problem resolution when applicable
- Assists with handling and resolving guest complaints.
- Facilitate guest ticket purchases for area attractions
- Cashier souvenir sales as well as stocking merchandise
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills
- Other duties as assigned by manager which can include but are not limited to: assisting other departments with the completion of tasks and light janitorial work

:The St. Louis West KOA offers picturesque camping as it was meant to be - with lots of trees, a babbling creek, fireflies, and a campfire under a starlit sky located on Historic Route 66, less than 1 mile from Six Flags St. Louis and I-44. We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing people to join our front desk team. Offering camping year-round in RVs, Cabins, Deluxe Cabins, and tents our goal is to create a great camping experience for our guests by offering excellent customer service.
