- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategy with organizational goals and mission.
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies, processes, and initiatives to support compliance and strategic objectives.
- Administer HR programs, including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary actions, performance management, and training.
- Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends using HRIS or talent management systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and adapt policies accordingly.
- Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to advise senior management.
- Lead HR projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) preferred.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, with expertise in compensation and broad HR functions.
- Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations

Job Summary
The Senior Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and directing the HR Department's activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with legal regulations. This role will encompass oversight of compensation programs along with a breadth of HR functions, talent management, employee relations, and compliance. Additionally, the Senior Human Resources Manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead special projects within the HR Department.
