Job DescriptionTitle: Billing and Office clerkPay Rate: $19.00Location: Chicago Heights, ILHours: Full-time, 8:00am to 4:30pmIntroduction Statement:This position requires a blend of computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.Responsibilities:

Prepare and process invoices, bills, and statements for customers in accordance with company procedures and billing schedules.
Verify accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies or errors to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
Maintain billing records, customer accounts, and payment information in electronic databases or accounting software systems.
Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry, to support day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications or Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately input and analyze numerical data.
Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
