- Do an outreach to customers for collecting past due balances,
- Respond to customers, internal and external, via email and phone, and follow up
- Perform daily reconciliation, clearing, write off activities,
- Support and backup other team members as needed
- Identify and resolve issues with internal and external customers in a timely manner
- Drive process improvement initiatives with focus to create efficiencies
- Understand SOX controls as they relate to the job responsibilities and perform all tasks in a SOX compliant manner to limit financial risk to Apple
- Support the team to complete reconciliation and other related consumer receivables duties
