    Job Title

    A Senior Legal Administrator is sought to oversee the Administration and Supervision of office and legal support staff in a National Law Firm's San Francisco office.

    This role requires 4+ years of experience in a law firm, with recent experience preferred. The ideal candidate will provide backup legal administrative support when needed and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    About the Role

    The successful candidate will be responsible for senior-level support of the Firm's Managing Partners and the overall success of the Firm's S.F. Practice. This position involves overseeing the administration of the office and supervising office and legal support staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administrative oversight of office operations
    • Supervision of office and legal support staff
    • Provide backup legal administrative support

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • 4+ years of experience in a law firm
    • Recent experience in a law firm preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate preferred

    What We Offer

    In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of up to $100,000 per annum, based on experience.

    Location

    This role is based in San Francisco, CA, and is a full-time direct hire position.
