    Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

    Location: Sioux Falls, SD

    Shifts Available: 8-Hour and 12-Hour Shifts for Day, Evening, and Overnight shifts.

    Schedule: Full-time, part-time, or PRN status. Including every other weekend

    Position Overview:

    We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team. If you're a caring and skilled LPN looking for a rewarding career in senior care, we'd love to have you on board.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Supervise CNA, CMA, Nurse Aide staff members in performing care and administering medicine.

    Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

    Document resident care and maintain accurate records.

    Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.

    Assist with resident assessments and monitor changes in conditions.

    Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

    Requirements:

    Current South Dakota LPN license.

    Strong clinical and assessment skills.

    Ability to work 8-hour or 12-hour shifts as required.

    Availability to work full-time, including every other weekend.

    Compassion and dedication to delivering high-quality care.

    Working Conditions:

    Healthcare Facility: You will be working in our healthcare facility, providing care to our residents/patients.

    Shifts: We offer a variety of shift options, including 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, with schedules that include day, evening, and night shifts. Weekend shifts are required on a rotating basis.

    Patient Care: As an LPN, you will be responsible for delivering direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.

    Physical Demands: The role may require physical tasks, such as lifting or transferring patients, and standing for extended periods.

    Emotional Support: Providing emotional support to patients and their families is an integral part of this role. Compassion and empathy are essential.

    Infection Control: Strict adherence to infection control protocols is required to ensure the safety of patients and staff.

    Safety: Ensuring the safety of patients and staff is our top priority, and following safety procedures and using personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.

    Regulatory Compliance: You will be expected to adhere to all state and federal regulations governing nursing practice and healthcare.
