We are currently retained by a middle-market private equity firm dedicated to investing in sustainable infrastructure and energy businesses across North America.

The team is looking to hire a Vice President to help facilitate the fundraising cycle by managing and organizing fund documents, preparing marketing, launch and investor reporting, project manage investor diligence requests and any investor inquiries.

This person will coordinate with the placement agent and coordinate annual investor events.

This is a position that is going to be heavy Investor Relations from the start, but will incorporate ESG reporting needs with the oversite of investment professionals and senior leaders.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Project Management and/or ESG with a demonstrated commitment to sustainable energy/infrastructure.

This is a rare opportunity for someone who wants to jump into a growing organization and make their mark. This person will work closely with the CEO and other Partners within the firm.

This is a hybrid position and the selected candidate needs to be based in San Francisco.
