Responsibilities of the Part-Time Patient Service Representative Provide prompt and courteous information via phone and in person to clients regarding services and schedules Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient care with clinical educators and students Send introductory information/forms to clients before appointments and request documentation from referral sources Maintain electronic health records by inputting and creating patient data in NextGen system Qualifications of the Part-Time Patient Service Representative 1+ years of experience in a medical, rehabilitation or education setting is required Experience with insurance verification, customer service, insurance portals, and Electronic Health Records (EHR) is highly desired High School Degree or equivalent required Compensation for the Part-Time Patient Service RepresentativeSalary Range : $ $20.
