    We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online and in-person customers, managing various aspects of our e-commerce platform, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience online and in-store. We also would love for this person to be passionate about health and wellbeing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Care: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive and informative shopping experience for our health-conscious customers.
    • Order Management: Process and manage online orders, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing and shipment.
    • Product Knowledge: Become a product expert in our health and wellness offerings, assisting in maintaining accurate product listings, updating product information, and ensuring inventory availability.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, procurement, and product development, to support our shared objectives in the health and wellness e-commerce space.
    • BONUS (Optional) Digital Marketing: Collaborate on the creation and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media management, and email marketing, to boost our online presence and drive sales.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field or equivalent job experience.
    • Previous experience in e-commerce, customer service, or retail is preferred.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to learn e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Beginners mind/curiosity to learn and grow.
    • Familiarity with web analytics tools, social media analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
