    Job Details:
    We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Permanent Quality Engineer to join our dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, keen attention to detail, and a strong commitment to excellence.

    With a focus on continuous improvement, the Quality Engineer will be instrumental in driving our quality management systems and processes.

    The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of APQP, PPAP, IATF, FMEA, and problem-solving methodologies.


    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to support new product launch and manufacturing processes.
    • Coordinate and manage Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation to meet customer requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with International Automotive Task Force (IATF) standards and other industry-specific regulations.
    • Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
    • Drive problem-solving efforts relating to quality issues; investigate root causes and implement effective countermeasures.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the product lifecycle.
    • Monitor and evaluate internal production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
    • Conduct regular audits, generate reports, and provide recommendations to management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within the manufacturing industry.
    • Demonstrable experience with APQP, PPAP, IATF, FMEA, and problem-solving methodologies.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and process improvement techniques.
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using quality-related IT systems and software.
    • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar certification would be an advantage.
