Join our dynamic team at Alexander & Schmidt as a Lead Insurance Loss Control Consultant In this role, you will conduct comprehensive inspections and generate detailed reports that play a crucial role in the underwriting process for insurance. Your insights will help insurance companies accurately assess how to insure commercial buildings and business operations, whether for new policies or renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections and prepare thorough reports for insurance underwriting.
• Evaluate commercial properties and casualty lines, including:
• Sprinkler systems based on occupancy, commodities, and racking systems.
• Inland Marine coverages such as builders risk, contractor's equipment, and specialized coverage.
• Commercial General Liability aspects including Premises, Operations, Products, and Completed Operations.
• Workers Compensation assessments focusing on regulatory compliance and workplace safety.
• Perform loss analysis to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Specialty assessments in fields such as Environmental and Professional Liability.
• Deliver risk improvement services through training, consulting, hazard analysis, and regulatory assessments.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, including strong writing, organizational abilities, and proficiency in computer applications.
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Preferred professional certifications include CSP, OHST, ALCM, and/or ARM, though they are not mandatory.

This role involves uploading completed reports, photos, and diagrams through a dedicated platform or utilizing web-based systems for documentation. You will travel within a reasonable territory of approximately 60 miles.
