We are searching for a Lead Audio Visual Technician to work at The Meritage in Napa, CA.

The compensation for this Lead Audio Visual Technician role at $24-$26 an hour, depending on experience.

What the Lead Audio Visual Technician would do:

Position requires the candidate to versatile in all AV disciplines.
Self-Starter- Ability to manage multiple events at once as well as managing team members in their daily duties.
Solid computer skills
Communication between team members, clients and hotel staff is a must.
Client facing, customer interaction and great customer service is essential.
Prep, set, and strike audio visual equipment and keep inventory updated at all times
Consistently keep track of inventory and ensure orders are completed in a timely fashion
Operate AV equipment with full understanding of signal flow and equipment specifications
Determine equipment shortages while preparing equipment order and offer substitutions
Keep open lines of communication with management at all times
Follow strict guidelines and a rigid schedule
Represent INSPIRE in a professional manner and follow grooming and attire policies in place
Continue our long standing respectful relationship with clients and hotel staff
Work in a fast paced, ever changing environment where input is always appreciated
Protect company equipment as if it were your own and report any damages to respective personnel
Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
Any other duties that are assigned

What your background should be:

Experienced with audio visual technology
Strong customer service and overall communication skills
You can lift at least 50 pounds on your own
You know what we mean when we say dress professionally
Passing a background check and drug screen does not worry you
