Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant/ Field Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring our customers receive superior support from offer accepted through start and management of all onboarding responsibilities. This is a customer-facing role sitting at the front desk.

Responsibilities
  • Sure client pre-employment requirements forms and policies are current and validated with Compliance departments.
  • We manage client requirements for the onboarding packet (eg authorization forms drug tests background checks etc) and update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until candidate is cleared to start,
      Sure accurate timely entry of candidate data onboarding process updates all other required documentation within the onboarding compliance process,
        Cordinate contractor orientations I9s and other onboarding requirements within local field office,
          Mange enter background drug testing medical screening process contractors,
            Mange contractor compliance key EVerify requirements eg expired documents expired compliance,
