    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Forming Operator to join their team. As a Forming Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title:  Forming Operator

    Location: Northwood, IA

    Pay Range: $20.50

    Shift: 3PM-1AM M-TH

    What's the Job?

    • Prepare the waterjet machine and initiate equipment startup based on production requirements
    • Activate and remove parts from the machine, ensuring proper handling and safety
    • Measure finished parts to verify conformance to specifications
    • Perform secondary operations as needed to complete parts
    • Accurately complete all paperwork related to manufactured parts

    What's Needed?

    • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
    • Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Ability to pass a drug test
