Job summary
The Training Lead will be responsible for developing implementing and managing the training strategy and programs for an Advanced Metering Infrastructure AMI gas meter implementation Initially the Training Lead will focus on updating and creating job aids to ensure a smooth transition for all users This role will also involve collaborating with the project team business stakeholders and internal external trainers to ensure that all employees are adequately prepared for the new system and processes The ideal candidate will have strong experience in training system implementations process optimization specifically in utilities or similar industriesQualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training particularly in system implementations or business process transformation
- Proven experience in designing delivering training programs for large-scale systems particularly in the utilities industry or similar sectors Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies Experience working with cross-functional teams to design implement successful training strategies Key Skills Expertise developing materials including eLearning classroom virtual sessions Skilled delivering engaging effective virtual sessions diverse user groups Learning Management Systems Familiarity LMS platforms tracking tools monitoring progress completion Evaluation Feedback Experience assessing effectiveness implementing improvements based feedback Education Bachelor's degree Human Resources Business Education related field Certifications Certified Professional Learning Performance CPLP similar certification PMP Agile Certification plus br>
