Responsibilities
- Perform bank office activities including receiving deposits processing checks disbursing funds verifying accuracy transactions Guard against loss ensuring safekeeping money cash drawer prompt accounting transfer funds Identify fraudulent activity Enter transactions bank recordkeeping system recording all transactions producing customer receipts Perform teller capture duties Balance cash drawer end shift Maintain work area protects negotiables confidential records Develop grow knowledge new existing products services Assist customers account-related issues concerns recognizing escalation needed improve customer experience Identify capitalize opportunities refer banking products services appropriate business partner Adhere compliance federal regulations laws consumer protection Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program Attend training requested Participate outside community activities required Perform other duties assigned
