    Job Title:
    Senior Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME) Job Summary:
    Our company is seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity SME to join our team
    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's cybersecurity operations, developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, and advising on cybersecurity policies and procedures

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the company's cybersecurity operations to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems and data
    • Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and solutions to protect the company's information assets and systems
    • Identify and assess cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities and develop risk management strategies
    • Advise and educate management and staff on cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices
    • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement security controls and processes
    • Conduct periodic cybersecurity assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
    • Manage and oversee cybersecurity incidents and investigations
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies
    Lead and mentor junior cybersecurity staff Qualifications and Requirements:


    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
    • Expert knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices
    • Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and cloud technologies
    • Experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies and solutions
    • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as ISO, NIST, GDPR, and HIPAA
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
