    Description
    Duties * Maintaining detailed files relating to all exercises including relevant charts and maps, briefings, and after-action reports. * Assists in preparation of Mission Need Statements (MNS), Operational Requirements Documents (ORD) and an exercise budget.

    * Participates in MSEL synchronization meetings to ensure doctrinal adherence and to ensure synchronization of all elements involved in an operational exercise.

    * Articulates all aspects of exercises and prepares timely briefings and documents responsive to the command's needs.

    * Represents ARCYBER at all meetings, conferences, work groups, and other professional meetings as related to tactical level offensive cyberspace operations (OCO), defensive cyberspace operations (DCO), and electronic warfare (EW).

    * Assists in managing ARCYBER G35/7 exercise scheduling and identification of future list requirements.

    * Performs as the subject matter expert (SME) and ensures the Mission Essential Task List (METL) regulatory objectives are met in each exercise and that exercise program is incorporated into the Long-Range Calendar (LRC).

    Requirements Conditions of Employment * Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.

    * Three year trial/probationary period may be required. * Must obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS-SCI).

    * Must undergo and successfully complete an initial and periodic Counter-Intelligence Polygraph (CI Poly) examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI).

    * Must pass an initial and periodic urinalysis screening for illegal drug use.

    * Must be able to obtain and maintain access to NSA and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) accredited facilities and networks.

    [Military External Affairs Division (MEAD) Security In-Processing (SIP) process.] * The incumbent may be required to travel approximately 10% of the time.

    * Incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, (5CFR Part 2634, Subpart I USOGE, 6/08).

Integrate cyberspace, electromagnetic activities (CEMA) Support to Corps and Below (CSCB), defensive cyberspace operations (DCO), and electronic warfare (EW) to support ARCYBER cyberspace operations (CO). 2. Represents ARCYBER for all related to tactical level offensive cyberspace operations (OCO), defensive cyberspace operations (DCO), and electronic warfare (EW) in meetings, conferences, work groups and other professional meetings. 3. Maintain understanding of the Joint event Life Cycle (JELC) for the command. 4. Coordinates with action officers and participates in the development of operational training exercise scenarios to ensure synchronization of planning efforts and conformity of plans.5. Recommends proposed training exercise scenario events for inclusion in the Mission Essential Task List (METL).
