Als
IT Support Specialist
ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van snelle en behulpzame technische ondersteuning op IT-systemen. Je beantwoordt vragen over technische basisproblemen en geeft advies over hoe deze op te lossen.
U bent het eerste niveau in het interventieproces met onze gebruikers.
Jouw missie
Dienen als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die technische bijstand zoeken per telefoon of e-mail
Probleemoplossing op afstand uitvoeren met behulp van diagnosetechnieken en relevante vragen
De beste oplossing bepalen op basis van het probleem en de door de klanten verstrekte details
De cliënt begeleiden bij het oplossen van het probleem.
Onopgeloste problemen doorverwijzen naar het volgende niveau van ondersteunend personeel.
Correcte informatie verstrekken over IT-producten of -diensten
gebeurtenissen en problemen en de oplossing ervan vastleggen in logboeken
Bijhouden en bijwerken van de status en informatie van klanten
Opmerkingen of suggesties van klanten doorsturen naar het juiste interne team
Mogelijke verbeteringen van procedures vaststellen en voorstellen
U zal een diploma computerwetenschappen of/met ten minste 3 tot 5 jaar beroepservaring
Je moet een goede technische kennis hebben en effectief kunnen communiceren om het probleem te begrijpen en de oplossing ervan uit te leggen. U bent klantgericht en geduldig in de omgang met interne en externe klanten
Je bent oplossingsgericht en je bent beschikbaar en ruimdenkend.
Je bent gemotiveerd, creatief en gepassioneerd, je leert graag en gaat graag nieuwe uitdagingen aan.
Je bent autonoom terwijlste weet hoe je in teamverband moet werken.
