Initio Sphere is a full-service private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We serve fund managers, investors, operators, and finance professionals across private markets by integrating deal flow, analyst talent, investor relations, networking, training, and placement into a single platform.We are seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Capital Advisory Analysts. This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through Initio Sphere's certification verification and approval process once approved:
- Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
- Gain access to live advisory mandates and paid analytical work
- Support investors fund managers operators on capital raises acquisitions recapitalizations exits
