    Job Type: Full-time

    Comp: Starting at $15/hr.

    Shift: M-F, 6:30am 3pm

    Job Description:

    NCW is currently searching for Warehouse Associates in Beaumont. In this position you will perform various tasks including loading/unloading, order picking, packing, inputting shipping data into the computer and RF system, and operating small power tools. Prior warehouse/manufacturing experience in warehouse material handling and forklift operations (Sit-Down, HI-LO, Reach Truck, Cherry Picker) required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
    • Accurately pick and pack orders for outbound delivery.
    • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Prior warehouse experience.
    • Forklift operation experience (sit-down, Hi-Lo, Reach Truck, cherry picker)
    • Forklift certifications a plus.
    • You must wear steel-toed boots.
    • No shorts, sweats, joggers, etc.
    • Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Reliable and punctual.
