- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and delivering results.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, Sales,Inventory,Operations Planning (SIOP) and logistics processes, with experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean & Six Sigma
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to change and lead through ambiguity.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and customer service, to ensure efficient and effective execution.
- Drive process optimization initiatives with Lean principles to streamline operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement and effective problem-solving techniques.
