Job DescriptionFOUR DAY WORK WEEK. FOUR 10 HOUR SHIFTS MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.
This position is in our Extrusion Department. Conform Machine Operator
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The main purpose of this position is to perform all the necessary functions for producing a quality bare wire product. All aspects of this position are On the Job Training. All employees will be trained fully by a Qualified Trainer.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience
Minimum high school graduate or the equivalent is preferred.
A manufacturing or industrial background is preferred but not necessary.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work as a member of a team.
This person must be able to sit, climb, bend, stoop and reach while working in a production environment.
Must be able to manually lift up to 70 pounds and move heavier objects with mechanical assistance.
Good eyesight is a requirement.
Must have manual dexterity for writing and banding activity.
The ability to interact with employees and others to accomplish the goals of the Company.
Capable of reading hand micrometers.
This position also requires a hearing ability that allows efficient communication with fellow employees.
Demonstrate adaptability and creativity under stressful situations.
The ability to identify and resolve or seek appropriate assistance to resolve any problems encountered during performance of assigned tasks.
Working Conditions
The majority of time will be spent in an open warehouse and manufacturing facility with normal environmental conditions. Clean working environment.

This was necessary due to growing business with our existing partners as well as taking on new business relationships. In 2019, this facility has now become our Global Headquarters. The new facility has 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space, home to numerous extrusion and wrap lines manufacturing aluminum and copper magnet wire, extrusions, buss bar, and tubing products.
