We are looking for an ICAM Enterprise Architect to provide expertise in business processes and analysis of an ICAM solution for a Federal Agency.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for ICAM technical leadership, roadmap development, solution architecture and engineering.
Analyze all Government-identified identity and credential stores to include all types, attributes, processes, along with internal and external feeds.
Analyze ICAM trends and latest requirements, assesses the impact of emerging security threats on the enterprise risk level, recommends technology direction and/or adjustments to incorporate in Federal Agency strategy, solutions, and business plans.
Supporting the Federal Agency ICAM strategy by defining and updating the agency's ICAM architecture and roadmap.
Implementing ICAM initiatives across the Federal Agency and providing use cases for incorporating new ICAM solutions within the agency's existing eco-system.
Defining a repeatable set of standards and integration support as needed for onboarding applications or components onto the new ICAM solution.
Leading technical reviews and gaining required agency consensus/approval of assigned ICAM initiatives.

Position Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

10+ years in technology roles with a focus on ICAM solutions and projects. Prior technical leadership experience in a similar capacity is essential.

- RadiantOne Virtual Identity Builder
- RadiantOne Global Synchonization (BSB, PIV-to-AD, IDMS, GalSync)
- SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Active Directory Federation Services
- Okta
- Amazon Web Services
- Microsoft Azure
Experience integrating ICAM solutions into hybrid government cloud environments.
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (such as TOGAF, Zachman) to include enterprise ICAM services.
Ability to assess existing ICAM solutions and make recommendations on best practices or architecture improvements.
Performs highly specialized and technical tasks associated with the most current and cutting-edge technologies.
Coordinates with program management and customer to ensure the problems have been properly defined and the solutions satisfy customer needs.
Communicates with customers and teammates clearly and concisely.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned and may have supervisory responsibilities.
Developing documentation on new or existing systems.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
Experience leading cross-functional technical projects from conception to launch.
A track record of taking initiative and being resourceful to accomplish ambitious goals.
Effective organizational skills and ability to juggle many competing priorities.
Ability to establish and maintain client relationships with internal and external clients.
Roll-up your sleeves attitude to tackle projects large and small and a collaborative, low-ego approach to collaborating across the organization.

Clearance Requirement
US Citizenship required. Active DOD Secret or DHS Public Trust preferred. Ability to obtain clearance required.
