Job Description: Cashier/Stocking Associate

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier/Stocking Associate. This position involves operating a cash register, stocking shelves, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be at least 21 years old, and have a clean background and pass a drug test.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Scan and bag items for customers, ensuring a pleasant checkout experience.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain inventory levels.
• Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including cashier station and stocking areas.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, safety, and customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old with a clean background and pass a drug test.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
