- Assist with coordination of wellness efforts with community wellness activities to maximize participation, (i.e. walk-a-thons, organized runs, charity events that involve a physical activity component, cooking courses, etc.).
- Provide information to patients regarding accessing services and their current status within ongoing wellness programs
- Serve as a resource to Wellness Champions and Benefit Coordinators during implementation of new wellness programs
- Assist with processing monthly eligibility files
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone, responding to emails, scanning and faxing
- High School Diploma
- Prior experience in medical setting and with EMR
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- Protect the privacy of our patients using HIPAA guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff and patients using excellent written and verbal skills
- Friendly personality and ability to work as a team member
