Aim Integrated Logistics, a division of Aim Transportation Solutions is hiring CDL A Regional Conestoga Flatbed Drivers in Gainesville, GA. Drivers will be hauling aluminum primarily in the southeast & northeast states. Aim is where big business meets family-owned and -operated care and concern for our valued commercial truck drivers. You will drive late-model, safe and well-maintained equipment as well as receive ongoing training, ample opportunities for growth and 24/7-365 support from our seasoned operations team at our Northeast Ohio headquarters.

Compensation

Average weekly pay: $1,600 to $1,900
- Paid 60 CPM
- Average of 2,500 to 3,000 miles weekly
- Stop pay: $23.75 per stop
Referral Bonus: $2,000 for each driver and diesel mechanic referred
Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

Home Time: Home weekly for 34 hour reset
- Reset normally happens during the weekend
Route: Regional routes primarily in the southeast & northeast states
Level of Touch: Strapping & securing of the load
- On rare occasions drivers may need to tarp

Equipment

Late model truck fleet, no older than 5 years
Automatic transmission
Outward facing cameras
ELD equipped using Platform Science system
In house maintenance and diesel mechanic shop

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have CDL A license
Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within past 3 years
- Flatbed experience preferred
No DUI/DWIs in last 5 years
Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 35 miles of Gainesville, GA
