Job summary
This job is responsible for the oversight and operations of the healthcare management analytics function with the Medical Policy department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Business, IT, or a related area, or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree

- Perform management responsibilities including but not limited to involved hiring and termination decisions coaching and development rewards and recognition performance management staff productivity LI Plan organize staff direct control day-to-day Operations of Department develop implement policies programs necessary may have budgetary responsibility authority Assure all projects initiatives delivered on time accordance agreed upon scope Includes both internally driven work well as work support strategic tactical initiatives corporate releases business usual maintenance Establish vision strategy Function determines how this function can best support overall organizational strategic initiatives Develop scope planning execution delivery functional related efforts whether strategic phases routine periodic work Serve primary leadership contact within Department healthcare Management analytic capabilities internal external constituents consulting firms facilities providers Ensure company remains current emerging industry best practices techniques respect to health care analytical capabilities which may include statistical modeling predictive modeling chart comparisons matching strategies data visualizations using business intelligence tools Other duties assigned requested.
