    Supplemental Data Collection LPN | Knoxville, TN | Contract

    Walker Healthforce is seeking a Supplemental Data Collection Registered Nurse for a healthcare client located in Knoxville, TN. This is a contract opportunity.

    Start Date: ASAP

    Wage Type: W2

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    • Responsible for retrieval, review, and abstraction of medical record data for a non-complex sub-set of STARS and HEDIS measures
    • Entering data into the company's quality program tool
    • Performing on-site medical record review at physician offices or in the company office
    • Collaborating with clinical and non-clinical staff regarding provider scheduling and on-site medical record retrieval
    • Representing the company and performing duties in a professional manner
    • Utilizing time and resources efficiently
    • Computer proficiency required, including experience with electronic data transfer and removal media devices
    • Professional appearance, current valid driver's license, and reliable transportation required for project participation
    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • TN or Compact LPN License
    • Some travel involved
    • Must be able to work independently and have excellent organizational skills
    • Excellent telephone and communication skills
    • Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
    • Must successfully complete the training program offered, and meet & maintain acceptable performance goals
    PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • HEDIS or Supplemental Data Collection experience
    • Experience in medical record review
