    Description
    Arbuckle Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Sulphur, Oklahoma.

    Boasting a new hospital in 2011, AMH has a 24-hour emergency room, which is staffed by ER physicians and designated as a Level IV Trauma Center.

    The hospital serves over 12,000 patients annually. AMH treats over 7,000 emergencies each year including heart attack and stroke patients. The hospital has four admitting physicians including three employed physicians and a contractor. Additionally, AMH operates a full-service clinic on campus, which as 15 exam rooms, two physicians, and three nurse practitioners. Clinic hours are 7am to 7pm, Monday to Thursday and 7am to 5pm on Friday. The hospital is supported by a one cent county sales tax.

    Position will be for fill-in shifts. May have 1-2 scheduled days. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and/or some holidays.

    Summary: Prepares and delivers food traysto hospital patients by performing the following duties.

    Essential Duties andResponsibilities includethe following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Takesorders from menu line from patients. If patients do not order, prepares defaultmenu items for that meal. Cooks andprepares meals for patients per doctor's order. Places items such as eatingutensils, napkins, and condiments on trays. Prepares food items such assandwiches, salad, soups, fruit, desserts and beverages.

    Placesservings in blends to make foods for dysphasia diet orders for soft or liquiddiets. Apportions and places food servings on plates and trays according todiet list on menu card. Examines filled tray for completeness and places oncart. Pushes carts to nurses stations. Collects and stacks dirty dishes on cartand returns cart to kitchen.

    Washesdishes and cleans work area, tables, cabinets, and ovens. Collects and placesgarbage and trash in designated containers. Follows instructions for tasks onthe SQSS and document accordingly. Stocks groceries and or supplies, keepskitchen and floors clean at all times.

    Preparesbreakfast, lunch and supper meals.

    Aid inhelping morning cook with lunch and sweep & mop at the end of their shift.

    Mathematical Skills

    Abilityto double or triple a recipe.

    Education and/or Experience High school diploma or generaleducation degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/ortraining; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Abilityto read a limited number of two - and three-syllable words and to recognizesimilarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.

    Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

    Reasoning Ability
