Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a skilled RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a FL or compact license and experience in fetal monitoring.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit
Unit includes 10 labor beds, 7 antepartum beds, and 4 OB emergency beds
Handles approximately 230 births per month
12-hour night shifts are required
13-week assignment
Travelers must have a permanent address at least 75 miles from the facility
Returning employees must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being considered
Participate in care for laboring, antepartum, and OB emergency patients

Requirements

Active FL or compact RN license required
Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
Current certifications in BLS, NRP, and ACLS required
Ability to read and interpret fetal monitoring required
